Adults and Teens living with mental illness and/or substance use disorder who are current consumers of AHCCCS behavioral health services.
Intake Process:
Call, email, or visit website for self-referral
Description:
Services include information about and referrals to available peer- and family-run agencies. Provides technical assistance to agencies that need support in securing completed referrals.

Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm
