Description:
Registers births that occur in Pima County after 1950 and deaths from 1999 and after. Certified copies of the electronic record are available approximately 7-10 business days after the birth or death has been registered.

Mon-Fri 8am-2:30pm
Program Fees:
$20 each certificate; $30 amendment/correction. Accepts cash, credit cards, and checks.
