Description:
Enrolls people with Alzheimer's and related dementias in a national database. Participants purchase an identification bracelet to aid their safe return in case of wandering. The bracelet provides instructions to call the toll-free, 24-hour emergency response phone number, and the family is then contacted. Works in partnership with the MedicAlert Foundation.
