Call; must have referral from AzEIP Program
Description:
Provides early intervention services statewide to infants and toddlers with a hearing and/or vision loss. Includes hearing and vision assessments, physical therapy, occupational therapy, orientation and mobility, pre-braille, and information on American Sign Language and Listening and Spoken Language.

Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
