Guides the government-to-government relationship between the State of Arizona, tribal nations, and communities located in Arizona; ensures consultations with tribal leaders to facilitate decision making and intergovernmental cooperation; and encourages cooperation and collaboration among state agency tribal liaisons to ensure that state services and resources are available to all citizens in Arizona tribal communities.
