Eligibility:

For Family Law issues, must meet federal income poverty guidelines for free help. Small charge for others. For advice and brief service, legal issues must fall within Board established guidelines for case acceptance.

Intake Process:

Call or visit office

Description:

Provides legal assistance with family law matters including custody, child support, divorce, domestic violence, guardianships, name changes, and paternity issues.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 9am-noon, 1:30pm-4:30pm

Program Fees:

None for those on low income; $40 for others

Languages:

English, Sign, Spanish

Volunteer attorneys provide legal advice and brief service on family law issues. Volunteer paralegals and law students assist.
