Description:
Provides home energy evaluations, weatherization, and appliance replacements to residents on low income. Also provides minor home repairs. Services include fixing or replacing door locks and handles, replacing broken screen doors and window panes, replacing electrical fixtures, changing light bulbs, installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and changing batteries, and replacing furnace filters. Repairs affecting safety have priority.
