Girls ages 12-18 who can no longer live at home; accepts pregnant and parenting teens
Intake Process:
Call for intake appointment; must have referral from Arizona Department of Child Safety
Description:
Provides residential treatment facilities for adolescent girls who can no longer live at home. Services include individual, family and group counseling; substance abuse treatment; medical and psychiatric care; and education. The agency utilizes dialectical behavior therapy.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm administration; 24-hours residential and crisis intervention

None for those enrolled in AHCCCS
