Maintains records of Mohave County births from January 1950 to present. Also maintains records of deaths that have occurred in the county from February 2008 to the present.

Mon-Fri 8:30am-11:30am,1:30pm-4:30pm
Program Fees:
$20 each certificate; $30 amendment/correction; other fees vary
