People who are blind, have low vision, or have physical or learning disabilities, and people who cannot read print for any medical reason
Intake Process:
Call for information. Visit website to fill out application. Must have proof of blindness or disability such as membership in Arizona Talking Book Library or the Arizona Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired; or letter from doctor, nurse, or social worker.

Administers information programs for people who cannot read print.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm administration; 24-hours broadcasts
