Intake Process:

Call for appointment; must bring photo ID

Description:

Provides assistance to help people understand their tax responsibilities when they believe the issue can only be handled in-person. Includes setting up and making adjustments to installment payment plans, and working to resolve IRS account and notice problems. Issues Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITIN) for those not eligible for a Social Security number. Also issues certificates of tax compliance for alien departure permits. Accepts payments.

Mon-Fri 7am-7pm Eastern Time appointment line; Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm local office by appointment only
