Eligibility:
Adults and families on low income. Must have a minimum of 3 months sobriety, be willing to work, and be committed to long-term growth and change.

Description:
Provides long-term self-sufficiency program. Services include case management, financial assistance, information on financial literacy, and ongoing support through the Bridges and Getting Ahead programs. Length of programs are 10 weeks-24 months.

Mon-Fri 9am-4pm
