Description:
Provides rent subsidies for private houses, apartments, and mobile homes to families, older adults, and people with disabilities on low income. Housing assistance payments are made to owners of privately-owned housing on behalf of the tenant. Rent subsidy payments cover the difference between the contract rent and the amount that families contribute.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-4pm administration; Tue 8am-noon, Thu noon-4pm drop-in assistance
Program Fees:
Rent is 30% of adjusted gross income
