Eligibility:

Adults age 18 and older with an opioid use disorder

Intake Process:

Call or drop-in

Description:

Provides outpatient treatment for drug and alcohol use. Includes medication assisted treatment (Suboxone, Methadone, and Vivitrol) and medically-supervised detox for adults withdrawing from heroin and other opioids. Treatment includes individual, group, and family counseling; peer support; psychiatric services; primary health care; OB/GYN; and acupuncture. Participants receive assistance with resume writing, interview preparation, time management, and other employment support. Includes child care for youth age 6 and younger.

24-hours

Program Fees:

Sliding scale for income eligible; may slide to $0 for those who are uninsured. Accepts AHCCCS and private insurance.
