Description:
Provides home, hospital, and community-based support for children diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition. Services are designed to assist the seriously ill child, their siblings, and families through the stress of diagnosis, change in prognosis, and course of treatment. Includes support groups, education, advocacy, socialization opportunities, and therapeutic play. May also include respite, shopping, and assistance in the home.

Mon-Fri 9am-4pm administration
