Description:
Provides housing navigation services for LGBTQ+ and allied folks, ages 18-24, who are at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness. Offers connection to community housing, shelters, and agencies who offer mental health services and SMI evaluations. Provides homeless court navigation and application assistance for POND Supportive Housing when available.
