Eligibility:
People who plan to travel outside the United States. Children age 13 and younger are required to have the permission of both parents to apply; youth ages 14-17 need only one parent's permission.
Intake Process:
By Appointment only, must bring proof of US citizenship, photo ID, two recent passport photos, and fees
Description:
Office issues passports. Passport cards are valid at land border crossings and sea ports-of-entry only. Passport books are valid for international travel by air, sea, and land. All applicants must appear in person, regardless of age. Passports are available in 6-8 weeks.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8:30am-3pm; by Appointment only
Program Fees:
$30 for ages 16 and older first time passport card, plus separate processing fee of $35; $15 for age 15 and younger, plus separate processing fee of $35. $110 for ages 16 and older for first time passport book, plus separate processing fee of $35; $80 for age 15 and younger, plus separate processing fee of $35. $60 additional for optional expedited action. Accepts cash, credit cards, and 2 checks or money orders.
