Intake Process:
Call, email or visit website to complete online application. Must have photo ID for applicant, proof of income for all household members, current lease agreement, addendum for any expired leases noting the month-to-month terms, and current utility bill.
Description:
Offers rent and utility payment assistance to Phoenix residents affected by COVID-19.**Funding exhausted. Existing applications will be processed in the order received.**
