Description:
Provides transitional housing program. Services include 90-day transitional housing, assistance opening checking and savings accounts, budgeting and financial literacy, credit consultation and review, weekly case management meetings, meal and nutrition planning and nine months of ongoing support and accountability upon a successful move to one's home.
