Maintains a program for defendants who have been released into a home detention or house arrest situation for designated offenses as an alternative to serving time in jail or prison.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Program Fees:
Fixed fees for eligibility screening, plus alcohol and drug tests, plus monthly charge for electronic monitoring
