Veterans and service members in Arizona, New Mexico, and western Texas who have experienced polytrauma and brain injuries; includes injuries from combat and civilian life

Description:
Provides long-term rehabilitative care for veterans and servicemembers who have multiple physical injuries or have experienced a traumatic brain injury. Services may be provided on an inpatient or outpatient basis. Includes case management and mental health services.

Mon-Fri 8am-4pm administration; 24-hours facility
