Pregnant (28 weeks or earlier) first-time mothers on low income living in Sells and Tucson

Description:
Nurses provide home visits to first-time mothers during their pregnancy. The goal is to help them improve their health during the prenatal period and to learn to care for their new baby. The visits are offered weekly or bi-weekly until the child is two years old.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm administration; Mon-Fri program times vary
