Description:
Sets standards and accredits health and human service programs. Includes providers in the areas of medical rehabilitation, behavioral health, alcohol and drug abuse treatment, employment and community services, aging, and child and youth services. Accepts and investigates complaints about CARF-accredited organizations, and provides verification of organization accreditation.

Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Program Fees:
None for information; fixed accreditation application fee, plus additional fee based on agency size
