Description:
Provides medical care, home test collection kits, medication and support for people with Hep C/HIV/AIDS. Services include primary care, medical case management, and peer support groups. Offers free and confidential testing, educational presentations, and safer sex materials.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
Program Fees:
Fixed; accepts private insurance. Financial assistance may be available. No one with HIV turned away for inability to pay.
