Description:
Provides referral services to families with children under 18 who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. The Family Housing Hub helps families with connection to homeless services including family emergency shelter. Provides families with identifying existing resources available for immediate housing. Serves as a site for coordinated entry into homeless services and housing programs in Maricopa County.
