Digital Cameras

Taxonomy Code: BM-5050.1800

Programs that pay for or provide cameras that take video or still photographs (or both) digitally by recording images via an electronic image sensor. Many can record sound and moving video as well as still photographs. Unlike film cameras, digital cameras can display images on a screen immediately after they are recorded, store thousands of images on a single small memory device, record video with sound, and delete images to free storage space. Some can crop and perform other elementary image editing.
