Eligibility:
No restrictions for most bus and light rail services. Phoenix Dial-a-Ride serves people with disabilities who meet ADA certification requirements. Alternative transportation programs are available to Phoenix residents with disabilities who meet ADA certification requirements or those who are age 65 and older.
