Intake Process:
Visit website for public records request form. Arrest records requests must be made by mail with a government issued photo ID and notarized signature.
Description:
Provides people with a letter documenting their own arrest history with the Tucson Police Department. A report of a specific incident is considered a public record. Depending on the age of the report or the status of an investigation through the criminal justice system, all or part of the report is available. Name searches on private individuals are not conducted for private citizens. Website allows search for collision reports; must have the last name of the driver involved and case number.
