Intake Process:
Description:
Provides City of Mesa residents resources to reduce the risks of falls and fires within the home and to link citizens to outside resources as needed. The HSE Program will send a trained MFMD volunteer to the home to help identify possible hazards within the home. A volunteer will make suggestions and immediate changes wherever possible, including fall prevention measures, home escape planning, smoke alarm checks/installation (including alarms for the deaf and hard of hearing).
