Description:
Provides music education to underserved youth. Students receive individual lessons at the central office and group lessons at various locations. Includes classes on the violin, viola, cello, guitar, and piano. Also teaches theory, composition, and higher-level ensemble playing techniques to more experienced musicians. Instruments are loaned to those who cannot afford them. Encourages children through Instrument Petting Zoos, which offer hands-on experiences playing instruments. Performs free concerts in the spring.

Accepts donations of musical instruments. Also accepts monetary donations. Pick-up may be available.
Volunteer Opportunities:
Volunteers provide clerical assistance at the central office, help at various events, pick-up donations, and take inventory. They also serve as ushers and assist with fundraising.
