Eligibility:

Children age 17 and younger. Must have a confirmed medical appointment requiring air travel. Patient must be medically cleared to safely travel on a commercial plane. Financial guidelines apply

Description:

Provides free commercial airline tickets to pediatric patients in need of specialized medical care far from home. Also provides flights for service dog retrieval and/or training.

Mon-Thu 9am-3pm Pacific Time

Accessibility:

Patients must be able to travel via commercial airlines. Stretchers and life support systems not permitted. Approved personal oxygen and wheelchairs allowed. Airlines have final approval on access.

Wishlist:

Accepts monetary donations and donations of transferable airline tickets, vouchers, and frequent flyer miles for certain airlines.
