Eligibility:

Individuals 18 years and older; Individuals 17 years and 6 months old or are within 7-10 days of turning 18 years old are completed on a case-by-case basis.

Description:

Completes Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) evaluations on behalf of the central Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA), with the availability to complete evaluations on behalf of the northern and southern RBHAs. SMI evaluation are to screen individuals for eligibility in the SMI program to provide psychiatric care and clinical support to individuals suffering from mental illnesses, as mandated by Arizona state law.
