Adults age 18 and older with an opioid use disorder
Intake Process:

Description:
Provides outpatient treatment for drug and alcohol use. Includes medication assisted treatment (Suboxone, Methadone, and Vivitrol). Treatment includes individual, group, and family counseling; peer support; psychiatric services; primary health care; and acupuncture. Participants receive assistance with resume writing, interview preparation, time management, and other employment support. Includes child care for youth age 6 and younger.

Program Fees:
Sliding scale for income eligible; may slide to $0 for those who are uninsured. Accepts AHCCCS and private insurance.
