Description:
Provides public notices; maintains Town ordinances and resolutions; administers Town archives and public records program, including maintenance, revision and distribution of the Town Code; prepares and keeps minutes of the Town Council and committee meetings; monitors state campaign finance law compliance and administers municipal elections in accordance with Federal, State and local laws; coordinates liquor licenses and special event permit applications; and facilitates citizens complaints. Records, bills, and issues business licenses for citizens who do business within the corporate boundaries of the town. Forwards records to the Arizona Department of Revenue.
