Description:
Provides services for high school students to transition from school into community life. Services include individual and family advocacy, technical support to special education teachers, and assistance to students and parents with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Also provides disability-sensitivity training in the schools and technical assistance to regular education teachers in accommodating youth with disabilities.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
