People who are terminally ill in Gadsden, Lake Martinez, Roll, San Luis, Somerton, Tacna, Wellton, and Yuma

Description:
Provides hospice services to people with a terminal illness, and respite care for their caregivers. Services are offered inpatient and in-home. Also provides bereavement support for their families for up to one year after death has occurred.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; 24-hours on-call
Program Fees:
Sliding scale for income eligible; no one denied due to inability to pay. Accepts AHCCCS, Medicare, and most private insurance.

Volunteer Opportunities:
Volunteers perform duties including administrative, office support, clerical assistance, companionship, caregiver respite, bereavement support, and special events fundraising.
