Description:

Primary health care clinic offers diagnostic, preventive, and curative care to people living with HIV/AIDS. Offers community education and information regarding new treatments and therapies to improve the quality of life. Provides health counseling to HIV-infected and those who care about them. Also provides early intervention and case management for those diagnosed with HIV, but who are asymptomatic.

Hours:

Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 8am-noon, 1pm-5pm; Wed 9am-noon, 1pm-5pm

Program Fees:

Sliding scale for income eligible; accepts AHCCCS, Medicare, and private insurance

Languages:

English, Spanish; other languages through phone interpreter service
