Description:

Provides primary health care for all ages. Services include family planning, women's health care, prenatal and postnatal care, physical examinations for employment and school, pediatric, geriatric, childhood and adult immunizations, health education and nutrition counseling, social services, on-site pharmacy, lab, X-ray (including mammography), and a range of medical specialty services. Provides integrated behavioral health care, including psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Also provides gender-confirming hormone therapy for adults and youth, and referral to specialists.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 7am-8pm, Sat 8am-4pm health center; Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 8am-4pm pharmacy

Program Fees:

Sliding scale for income eligible; accepts AHCCCS, Medicare, and private insurance

Languages:

English, Spanish; other languages through phone interpreter service
