Description:

Provides primary health care for all ages. Services include women's health care, childhood and adult immunizations, health education and nutrition counseling, social services, on-site pharmacy, lab, X-ray (including mammography), and a range of medical specialty services. Provides integrated behavioral health care, including psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Also provides gender-confirming hormone therapy for adults and referral to specialists.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 7am-8pm, Sat 8am-4pm health center; Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 8am-4pm pharmacy

Program Fees:

Sliding scale for income eligible; accepts AHCCCS, Medicare, and private insurance

Languages:

English, Spanish; other languages through phone interpreter service
