Description:
Outpatient clinic provides general healthcare for all ages of Native Americans. Services include well child exams, sports physicals, DOT exams, well woman checks, pap smears, community health, diabetes educator, fitness specialist, optometry, podiatry, and acupuncture. On-site lab and pharmacy.

Mon-Thu 7:30am-12:30pm, 1pm-5:30pm clinic; Mon-Thu 8am-12:30pm, 1pm-5pm pharmacy
