Description:

Provides a day program for seniors with physical or cognitive impairments. Program includes health care screenings, socialization, and an intergenerational component. Offers respite care for caregivers.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 7am-5pm

Program Fees:

$85 per day; two day minimum. Accepts ALTCS and VA

Languages:

English, Spanish
