Patients must be able to travel via commercial airlines. Stretchers and life support systems not permitted. Approved personal oxygen and wheelchairs allowed. Airlines have final approval on access.

Accepts monetary donations and donations of transferable airline tickets, vouchers, and frequent flyer miles for certain airlines.
