Eligibility:
Adults with physical disabilities and mental health issues who have been ruled by the court as legally incapacitated and in need of assistance with medical, placement, and/or financial decisions.

Call, visit office, or visit website
Description:
Serves as court-appointed guardian and/or conservator for people found to be incapacitated and in need of protection, when there is no one else willing and qualified. May also serve as personal representative to administer the estates of deceased persons. Also provides cremation or burial assistance for those found to be unable to pay.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
