Description:
Provides same day and ongoing medical services including lab work and prescription pick up. LADDER program provides therapeutic behavioral health treatment for people with co-occurring serious mental illness and substance use issues. Families FIRST offers family-focused substance abuse treatment to families involved with DCS where substance abuse has been identified as putting children at risk. Provides hydration station in the summer.

Mon-Thu 8am-8pm, Fri-Sat 8am-5pm integrated care; Tue-Thu 7;30am-5pm primary care
Program Fees:
Sliding scale for income eligible; accepts AHCCCS and private insurance
