Description:
Provides readjustment counseling, outreach, and referral services to assist veterans in transitioning to civilian life. Includes individual, group, and family counseling for military related issues; bereavement counseling for families who experience an active duty death; and military sexual trauma counseling. Also provides benefits assistance, and assessment and referral for substance abuse problems, employment services, and medical issues.

Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm; other times by appointment
