Individuals and families with a steady source of income and ability to pay mortgage. Must be willing to work on the home.

Intake Process:

Call; potential participants must attend an orientation to receive an application

Description:

Builds houses in partnership with people in need. Families on low income purchase the homes with sweat equity (work), a minimum down payment, and a no-interest mortgage.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Program Fees:

None to apply; clients pay a low interest mortgage

Volunteers assist with clerical duties and repairing and building homes. Volunteers also serve on the board of directors and committees.
