Description:
Provides medical care and support for people with HIV/AIDS. Services include primary care, medical case management, and peer support groups. Also provides food and medical transportation assistance, and help to apply for health and dental insurance, disability, medication payment assistance, emergency housing, and utility payment assistance. Offers free and confidential HIV testing, educational presentations, and safer sex materials.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Program Fees:
Fixed; accepts private insurance. Financial assistance may be available. No one with HIV turned away for inability to pay.
