Adults age 60 and older, and people with disabilities in Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, and Santa Cruz Counties

Description:
Provides group classes to teach older adults and people with disabilities to prevent falls. Participants learn to set realistic goals for increasing activity, change their environment to reduce fall risk factors, and learn simple exercises to increase strength and balance.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Program Fees:
Minimal fee to cover the cost of class materials
Languages:
English, Spanish
