Eligibility:
At-risk job applicants in Arizona, including ex-offenders, people who have declared bankruptcy, and vets with a dishonorable discharge
Intake Process:
Visit website for information. After an applicant accepts a job offer, the employer must send a letter to DES that confirms the offer of employment, job title, work location, start date, salary, and number of weekly work hours.
Description:
Provides an incentive for employers to hire high-risk job seekers. Employers receive free Fidelity Bond insurance for six months, and can buy additional bonding if the worker has demonstrated job honesty.
