Description:
Provides in-home care for anyone facing a terminal illness. Teams of caregivers address physical needs, mental and spiritual needs, quality of life issues, and treat pain and other symptoms with priority. Provides grief counseling for a year after the loss of a loved one.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm administration; 24-hours on-call
Program Fees:
100% Medicare coverage, insurance, HMO accepted; patients are never billed for hospice services
